It presents a straw yellow colour with fresh aromas and hints of fruit and flowers. The palate is soft, with a good balance between the freshness and complexity of the cask aging. Usually served as an appetizer, it should be served cold, between 6oC and 10 o C. Good to match with nuts and light sweets.
